Overview of Our Return Policy
Most products are valid for return within 30 days after your order leaves our store. If the item you received is dead on arrival or still in its original, factory-sealed packaging, we will process your replacement, or at our discretion, return.
Some products that fall within our return policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Special order Products are not eligible for a return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any electronics that have been opened or removed from their original packaging in any way.
Refund Method and Timeline
Your refund will be processed by us within 10 business days of the item(s) arriving at our facility. We will inspect the item(s) and once approved, your refund will be processed the same payment method that you used for the purchase. There may be additional processing time that is not in our control. For example, your bank or credit card issuer may take a few days to process the refund back to your card. Applicable fees will be deducted fromform the refund amount.
